The Dripless Teapot uses Canada Post Expedited Parcel, for shipping our teapots. Delivery is between 2 - 5 business days depending on your location. The cost of shipping is calculated at the time of purchase based on the delivery address.

We understand the importance of making sure you receive your Dripless Teapot safely and we are also committed to helping the environment. At the Dripless Teapot, we use biodegradable peanuts to pack your item. These peanuts are made of STARCH and decompose in water, leaving no toxic waste. They are also FDA approved.

Our Dripless Teapot is designed and produced to give you, the tea drinker satisfaction in every way. Each Dripless Teapot is assembled by hand, therefore each teapot is unique. We stand behind every teapot we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase to us. We are proud of our Canadian made product. If you are not completely satisfied with your Dripless Teapot, please return it unused, in the original packing and with the receipt to:

It is always helpful for us know why you are returning your purchase, so please include a brief note of explanation with your return. Once we receive your return, we will provide you with a refund cheque, less shipping and handling.

We have done everything possible to ensure your Dripless Teapot arrives safely. However, we do realize that things happen during shipping that are beyond our control. If you receive an item that has been damaged in shipment, please contact us at our Customer Care number, 1-416-543-3833 and we will be pleased to send you a replacement.
